The Affairs Advisor plays a key role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with individuals, providing guidance and support to enhance their overall experience. This role contributes directly to retention by assisting individuals throughout their journey, ensuring smooth enrolment and onboarding processes, and promoting active engagement and wellness initiatives across campuses.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate end-to-end enrolment and onboarding processes
Manage handover and transition from new business
Support induction, orientation, and system access
Contract management and handling student/sponsor queries
Engagement and customer relationship management (CRM)
Resolve first-level queries and problems
Conduct scheduled check-ins
Support Representative Council (SRC) and class representatives
Facilitate on-campus elections
Develop and implement operational plans and budgets
Organise student activities, events, clubs, and societies
Facilitate safeguarding incident reports and responses
Promote wellness awareness and referrals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Education Psychology, or Communication (Honours advantageous)
Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably as a student advisor in higher education or professional development
