Job Overview
The Store Manager will lead and manage a retail team while driving store sales and turnover, maintaining stock-loss targets and ensuring effective administration. The role requires strong leadership, customer service and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and promote store sales.
- Manage stock and control expenses to achieve business targets.
- Achieve or exceed store sales and operational targets.
- Use store resources effectively to maintain productivity.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of stock, policies and procedures.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Manage, train and develop store employees.

- Ensure the store complies with applicable laws and company standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Mathematics will be an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Retail Store Management or as an Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in a similar retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent business English, both written and verbal.
