Purpose of the Position
To lead a store team in delivering on key business objectives by:

Driving sales

Managing costs and stock loss
-
Overseeing store operations and admin
-
Ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through excellent customer service and store standards
-
Control stock loss via proper procedures and a positive store culture
-
Manage store costs by implementing low-cost operational strategies
-
Perform all required administrative duties according to company guidelines
-
Lead and develop your team through training, coaching, and performance reviews
-
Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards
Job Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric (compulsory)
-
Proficiency in English
-
Tertiary qualification in Retail or Business Management (advantageous)

1–2 years’ retail experience, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role
-
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus)
