Main Purpose of the Job:
To perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Jaguar LandRover vehicles, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and high customer satisfaction. This role requires a certified Jaguar LandRover technician with in-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems and a passion for luxury automotive service excellence.
Key Responsibilities / Main Tasks:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on Jaguar LandRover vehicles

Utilize manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools and procedures

Ensure repairs are conducted according to Jaguar LandRover standards

Maintain accurate repair records and parts usage logs

Collaborate with service advisors and communicate technical information clearly to clients

Ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs

Stay up to date with Jaguar LandRover technologies and training requirements

Provide technical support to service team members when needed
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric / Grade 12
-
Jaguar LandRover certification as a Qualified Technician

Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically with Jaguar LandRover vehicles

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

Trade certificate or equivalent qualification in automotive technology

Previous experience in a Jaguar LandRover dealership or service center

Familiarity with dealership systems and automotive software
