    Main Purpose of the Job:

    To perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Jaguar LandRover vehicles, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and high customer satisfaction. This role requires a certified Jaguar LandRover technician with in-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems and a passion for luxury automotive service excellence.

    Key Responsibilities / Main Tasks:

    • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on Jaguar LandRover vehicles

    • Utilize manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools and procedures

    • Ensure repairs are conducted according to Jaguar LandRover standards

    • Maintain accurate repair records and parts usage logs

    • Collaborate with service advisors and communicate technical information clearly to clients

    • Ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs

    • Stay up to date with Jaguar LandRover technologies and training requirements

    • Provide technical support to service team members when needed

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12

    • Jaguar LandRover certification as a Qualified Technician

    • Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically with Jaguar LandRover vehicles

    • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work both independently and within a team

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

    • Trade certificate or equivalent qualification in automotive technology

    • Previous experience in a Jaguar LandRover dealership or service center

    • Familiarity with dealership systems and automotive software
