Project Summary:

Re-advertisement: Fezile Dabi District Municipality invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit quotations for the supply and installation of a network server. This procurement is intended to improve the Municipality’s data management and network reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Supply a complete network server system according to specified technical requirements

• Install and configure the server at the Municipality’s main offices in Sasolburg

• Provide all necessary software, licensing, and documentation

• Perform basic training and handover to internal IT personnel

• Ensure after-installation support and maintenance for an agreed period

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in supplying and installing network servers for public sector institutions

• Valid company registration and tax compliance status

• Minimum of 3 references for similar work completed

• Compliance with local procurement and IT standards

• Valid B-BBEE certificate (if applicable)
