The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in estate negotiations, vendor and contractor management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end estate and property management initiatives across the region

    • Oversee contractor, vendor, and landlord relationships

    • Negotiate favourable contractual terms aligned with internal policies and legal requirements

    • Ensure environmental and town planning considerations are addressed

    • Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget

    • Report on operational estate matters and project performance

    Qualifications:

    • Matric (Essential)

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma (Essential) in one of the following:

      • Quantity Surveying (BSc QS)

      • Building Science

      • Civil Engineering

      • Project Management

      • Town Planning

      • Property Management

    • Management Development Programme or similar courses (Desirable)

    Experience:

    • 5–8 years relevant functional experience, including:

      • 2–3 years contractual legal knowledge (Essential)

      • 2–3 years environmental regulations experience (Essential)

      • 2–3 years town planning knowledge (Essential)

    • Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation

    • Proven track record in estates or property project delivery

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Advanced Excel proficiency

    • Project planning and control tools

    • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Teamwork and customer-centric approach

    • Critical decision-making and execution excellence
