Job Description
The Senior Reaction Officer is responsible for managing armed response operations during a shift and ensuring that all alarm activations and security incidents are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the deployment of armed response vehicles.

Assist in responding to alarm activations and emergency security incidents.

Support the operational functioning of security shifts.

Ensure response teams follow company procedures and safety protocols.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12).

Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years).

Valid firearm competency for business purposes.

PSIRA registration Grade B with Armed Response certification.

Clear criminal record.
