JOB PURPOSE

To lead, manage, and coordinate daily cleaning operations on-site at a food production facility, ensuring food-safe environments, compliance with hygiene standards, and effective staff supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage operational functions and workflows on-site

• Deliver and maintain a Food Safe Facility daily

• Conduct and oversee inspections, audits, micros, and respond to customer feedback

• Monitor and manage site budgets, man-hours, and shift schedules

• Handle HR matters, including recruitment, performance, and conflict resolution

• Coach and mentor staff; drive skill development

• Promote Health & Safety compliance and recommendations

• Address non-conformance issues and follow up on NCRs

• Act as the primary contact for client/customer on-site

• Coordinate training at site level

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• FMCG or cleaning industry experience

• Staff management & labour relations

• Hygiene Quality Management System knowledge (advantageous) |
  | Technical Skills | Microsoft Office proficient |
  | Language | Fluent in English |
  | Other | – Own reliable transport

• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Strong administrative, communication, and leadership skills |
