PSG Financial Services is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Wealth Administrator at its Bloemfontein office.
The role focuses on managing client investment portfolios, supporting wealth managers, and ensuring efficient administration of office processes while maintaining strong client relationships.
Job Description
The Senior Wealth Administrator is responsible for administering wealth clients’ portfolios, supporting internal processes, and assisting the wealth manager.
This role requires proactive client engagement, accurate reporting, compliance monitoring, and efficient handling of investment-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Portfolio Management
Manage and administer client accounts proactively
Maintain direct relationships with clients regarding their investments
Provide reporting and ongoing client servicing
Handle new investments and business processing efficiently
Operations & Compliance
Ensure advisors maintain high compliance standards
Report any compliance gaps
Conduct and document client reviews according to SLAs
Perform electronic (e-) reviews for selected clients
Administration & Systems
Update client data on MyPractice system
Ensure accuracy of life products before reviews
Generate accurate PFR reports for clients
Manage onboarding process for new clients
Team & Coordination
Support and manage junior staff members
Coordinate and plan client functions
Execute client instructions post-appointments (new business & changes)
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
5+ years’ experience in the Financial Services industry
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Advantageous:
Relevant Financial Services Diploma or Degree
RE5 Certificate
NQF 5 Certificate in Wealth Management
