Job Purpose:
Join a motivated team of kitchen and built-in cupboard designers, serving a reputable retailer in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas. As the first point of contact in the Kitchen Department, you’ll consult with clients, design kitchen layouts, and drive sales from lead to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients and conduct site measurements

Design and present kitchen layout proposals

Prepare quotes and track orders from start to finish
-
Convert leads into sales and meet monthly sales targets

Attend trade shows and promote the brand

Conduct competitor and market trend analysis

Handle sales administration and achieve KPIs
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Matric/Grade 12 (minimum requirement)
-
Background in kitchen design (training provided if needed)
-
2+ years sales experience (required)

1+ year design experience (preferred)
-
Strong communication, organization, and math skills
-
Customer-focused and target-driven
-
Able to work retail hours and under pressure

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Own reliable vehicle (essential)
