Job Purpose
To drive sales of agricultural parts and accessories while building strong, long-term relationships with farmers and clients, ensuring they receive the right solutions to keep their operations running efficiently.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Drive sales of agricultural parts, accessories, and solutions to meet agreed targets
-
Manage parts stock, including ordering, availability, and sourcing scarce items
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and customers
-
Provide knowledgeable advice on agricultural equipment and parts
-
Handle point-of-sale transactions (cash and card)
-
Maintain excellent housekeeping of stock areas and displays
-
Stay up to date with agricultural technologies and equipment
-
Commit to continuous learning, training, and personal development
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 with Mathematics

Proven sales and marketing experience in parts (essential)

Knowledge of and passion for agriculture

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Ability to work under pressure
