Job Description:
Home Concept is looking for a passionate, driven, and creative Sales & Design Consultant to join their high-performing team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a personalized kitchen and cupboard design experience to customers while achieving monthly sales targets and delivering top-tier service.
This is a client-facing role that combines sales, design consultation, and project coordination—ideal for someone with a flair for interiors, great people skills, and a hunger for results.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers and new leads to understand their needs

Provide on-site consultations and measurements

Design custom kitchen and cupboard solutions using in-house software (training provided)

Prepare accurate quotations and proposals

Track each order from initiation to installation

Maintain client relationships and ensure after-sales satisfaction

Convert leads into successful sales and meet monthly sales targets

Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events

Keep up with market trends, competitor offerings, and innovations

Perform general administration and order management

Meet KPI and performance metrics set by the company
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential)

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Required)

1 year of design experience (Preferred, but not essential)

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (Required)

Proficient in basic maths and measurements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Well-organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure

High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset

Willingness to work retail hours and weekends when needed

Excellent customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude

Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Traits & Skills:

Previous experience in kitchen design or cabinetry

Familiarity with design software (training provided if not)
