Job Purpose
To build and manage a commercially viable clinic by promoting and providing professional, patient-focused healthcare services in line with company policies and SANC regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care and build a loyal client base through excellent service.

Promote the clinic’s services to Clicks customers.

Conduct various health and wellness services, including:
-
Lifestyle and health screening tests
-
Well-baby and child health clinics
-
Immunisations (adult and child)
-
Reproductive health services
-
Minor ailment treatment and wound care
-
Phlebotomy (blood sample collection)
-

Provide counselling and health advice on topics such as diet, weight management, and general wellness.

Refer patients to pharmacists or other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Maintain accurate, confidential electronic patient records.
Minimum Requirements
-
Registered Nurse Practitioner with valid SANC registration.
-
Primary Health Care (PHC) qualification and/or Dispensing License would be advantageous.

At least 1–2 years’ experience in a primary healthcare or clinic setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Computer literacy and experience in electronic record-keeping systems.

Passion for community health and patient education.
