    Job Purpose / Overview:

    The Mobile Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of a mobile security workforce, ensuring that employees perform their duties efficiently and in accordance with company policies and client requirements. The role involves traveling to multiple sites, supervising and guiding security staff, evaluating performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and reporting progress and incidents to management. The Mobile Supervisor acts as a key link between Fidelity Services Group and its clients, maintaining high standards of security service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise a team of mobile security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, compliance, and safety standards.

    • Maintain positive client relations regarding security services rendered.

    • Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

    • Ensure all security officers meet contractual and operational requirements.

    • Investigate incidents and submit detailed reports to management.

    • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, work hours, and project completion.

    • Manage HR-related queries for security staff promptly.

    • Make recommendations to clients for improving security services.

    Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

    • Grade 11 or Grade 12.

    • Valid PSIRA Grade A/B registration and accreditation.

    • At least 3 years’ experience in the security industry.

    • Ability to write reports and incident reports.

    • Clear criminal record.

    • Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or 10) with PDP.

    • Firearm competency in handgun, shotgun, and rifle.

    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    • Ability to work shifts.

    • Numerical literacy.
