Job Description / Purpose of the Position:
MHR, a leading healthcare agency, is seeking Professional Nurses (PN) / Registered Nurses (RN) with experience in general wards for part-time placements at private hospitals in Bloemfontein and other regions across South Africa. The successful candidates will provide high-quality patient care, maintain professional nursing standards, and support hospital teams as part of a flexible staffing solution.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive and quality nursing care in line with the scope of practice.

Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with company and legal standards.

Ensure patient safety and uphold patients’ rights at all times.

Prevent, report, and manage medico-legal risks.

Conduct and document patient care audits.

Manage and control stock and medical equipment as per client policies.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Valid SANC (South African Nursing Council) registration.

Post-qualification experience in general wards (essential).

Availability to start immediately.
