Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sell new Renault vehicles in line with dealership sales targets
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and finance options
Finalise sales agreements and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and after-sales opportunities
Stay informed on new vehicle models, specifications, and promotions
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience
Previous motor dealership experience (advantageous)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to close deals successfully
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid driver’s licence (highly recommended)
