Main Purpose of the Job:
To maintain the integrity and security of assessments by monitoring and supervising students during examinations. The role ensures that exam conditions meet institutional and regulatory standards and that no irregularities occur.
Key Responsibilities / Main Tasks:

Monitor students during assessments to prevent any form of malpractice.

Distribute and collect examination papers and answer booklets.

Ensure assessment conditions are strictly followed according to policy.

Prepare and set up assessment venues before exams.

Assist in emergency situations (e.g., student illness, evacuation).

Respond to student queries during the assessment in line with policy.

Compile and submit accurate reports after each session.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:

Matric (Grade 12) – Mandatory

Higher Certificate or Diploma – Advantageous
Work Experience:

1 to 2 years industry experience (preferably in education, administration, or similar)
