Job Description

This is a seasonal, part-time position ideal for individuals who are customer-centric, passionate about fashion, and ready to work in a collaborative retail team during the festive peak season.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers on the sales floor with product recommendations and fashion advice
Share product knowledge and guide customers to informed purchasing decisions
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and back-of-house
Collaborate with your team to deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint
Assist with store operations, including opening and closing duties
Uphold H&M’s brand values in all customer interactions

You’ll be part of a diverse, energetic Store Team that includes:
Sales Advisors
Visual Merchandisers
Store and Department Managers
Assistant Store Managers
Stock & Delivery teams

Who You Are
We are looking for individuals who:
Have customer service experience, ideally in retail or fashion
Are fashion-forward and excited to promote trends and styles
Communicate clearly and work well in a team
Are curious, creative, and eager to learn new technologies and processes
Are flexible, reliable, and action-oriented
Thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
Are available for the entire contract duration (November to January)
