    Role Purpose:

    Support the sales and service team by maintaining an accurate client database and delivering high-quality administrative and customer service functions. Regular client interaction, data management, and operational coordination are central to the role.

    Effective communication is key in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain regular telephonic contact with clients

    • Capture and update client information in the Metrofile system

    • Extract service data and generate reports

    • File contracts and documents accurately

    • Classify and retrieve client records efficiently

    • Inform clients of document retention and destruction deadlines

    • Create and close work orders (orders, retrievals, destruction, etc.)

    • Handle client quotes and assist with switchboard operations

    • Manage vault-related tasks (returns, deliveries, housekeeping)

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing

    • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

    • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, retail, logistics, or warehousing

    • Strong data capturing and database experience

    • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

    • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

    • Professional, self-motivated, and computer literate

    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
