Role Purpose:
Support the sales and service team by maintaining an accurate client database and delivering high-quality administrative and customer service functions. Regular client interaction, data management, and operational coordination are central to the role.
Effective communication is key in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain regular telephonic contact with clients

Capture and update client information in the Metrofile system

Extract service data and generate reports

File contracts and documents accurately

Classify and retrieve client records efficiently

Inform clients of document retention and destruction deadlines

Create and close work orders (orders, retrievals, destruction, etc.)

Handle client quotes and assist with switchboard operations

Manage vault-related tasks (returns, deliveries, housekeeping)
Minimum Requirements:

Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
-
2–3 years’ experience in customer service, retail, logistics, or warehousing

Strong data capturing and database experience

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
