    External Sales Representative (x1)

    Job Overview:

    RPO’s client is looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to grow client relationships and drive sales of PPE, cleaning, and chemical products. The role suits someone who thrives in a field sales environment and enjoys meeting targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Client Development

    • Build and maintain a client database within the assigned region.

    • Drive sales growth through both new and existing customers.

    • Monitor market trends and uncover new opportunities.

    • Promote and sell PPE, cleaning, and chemical products.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Build long-term relationships with clients.

    • Resolve client queries and ensure excellent after-sales service.

    • Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery.

    Administration & Reporting

    • Submit accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

    • Keep all customer and sales records up to date.

    • Track performance against sales targets and budgets.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education:

    • Matric (essential).

    • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related (advantageous).

    Experience:

    • 2–4 years in sales (preferably external/field sales).

    • Industry experience in PPE, cleaning, or chemicals is preferred.

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

    • Strong communication and administrative skills.

    Other:

    • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

    • Willingness to travel.
