Civil Estimator – Construction Industry (x1)
Job Overview:
A leading construction firm is looking for a skilled Civil Estimator to handle the entire tendering process for civil infrastructure projects—from pricing and planning to submission.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate tender pricing, including rate build-ups and resource planning.

Liaise with professional teams for project scopes and details.

Develop method statements and compile bid documentation.

Review construction programs and ensure all returnables are complete.

Procure and evaluate quotes for specialized items.

Coordinate site meetings, BOQ collection, and submission logistics.
Minimum Requirements:

B.Tech or B.Sc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).

5+ years’ experience in civil construction estimating.
-
Strong proficiency in CCS (Candy) software.
-
Solid knowledge of civil infrastructure projects and pricing methodologies.
