This Engineering Graduate Program offers an exciting opportunity for engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry experts, and contribute to real-world projects in a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment.
Job Overview
This program is designed for recent or soon-to-be graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering. Selected candidates will rotate across departments and take on various responsibilities based on their discipline, receiving mentorship and practical training aimed at developing technical and professional skills aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Engineering
Design and development of trailers and components
Supervision of manufacturing processes
Fault diagnosis and resolution
Innovation and redesign of existing products
R&D for new engineering solutions
Preparation of BOMs and technical documentation
Electrical Engineering
Design, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components
Technical support and system evaluation
Development of energy-efficient and alternative energy systems
CNC machine design and implementation
Report writing and financial project management
Mechatronics / Electromechanical Engineering
PLC programming and industrial automation
On-site electrical/mechanical system support and repair
CAD drawing creation
IT, network, and database support
System optimization and troubleshooting
Civil / Structural Engineering
Structural design and construction oversight
Sustainable design implementation
Site planning and supervision
Cost estimation and BOM preparation
Coordination across engineering disciplines
Desired Skills & Qualifications
B.Eng or B.Tech degree in a relevant field:
Mechanical
Electrical
Electromechanical
Mechatronics
Civil or Structural Engineering
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent time management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel and train in other provinces
