Job Overview:
Europcar Bloemfontein, part of the Motus Group, is looking for a dependable and responsible Driver/Cleaner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned, maintained, and delivered to customers in line with company quality and safety standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent driving skills, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to Europcar’s high standards.

Conduct vehicle quality control checks, including license validation and condition reporting.

Refuel vehicles and check tyre pressure, oil, water, and other fluids after each rental.

Deliver and collect vehicles from customers following company procedures.

Handle vehicle check-ins in line with company and claims procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle yard and surrounding areas.

Safeguard company property and uphold ethical behavior at all times.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:

Education: Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant driving experience.

License: Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (must be at least 2 years old).

Skills:
-
Basic computer literacy.

Fully bilingual with effective communication skills in English.

Ability to read and understand maps.

Additional Information:
-
Must be willing to work weekends, shifts, and overtime when required.

Must have a clean driving record and good knowledge of South African road rules and regulations.
