     Job Purpose:

    To educate doctors (GPs and specialists) about specific pharmaceutical products, promote clinical benefits, and drive prescription growth. You’ll represent the company in your assigned territory, align with the marketing strategy, and coordinate with sales to ensure product availability.

     Key Responsibilities:

    Doctor Engagement:

    • Educate scripting doctors on specific product ranges.

    • Present clinical evidence to displace competitors.

    • Achieve 9 calls per day with 75% appointment rate.

    • Maintain a specialist/GP customer split.

    • Visit 90% of target doctors every 6-week cycle.

    • Grade customers (A, B, C) to prioritize call coverage.

    Sales & Strategy:

    • Implement marketing strategies and product plans.

    • Increase market share and script volume.

    • Ensure company products are #1 prescribed in category.

    Product Knowledge & Training:

    • Stay updated with product knowledge.

    • Achieve minimum 85% on product assessments.

    • Participate in ongoing training.

    Territory & Data Management:

    • Analyze customer data via Power BI and develop strategic plans.

    • Stay within 120km travel radius for day trips.

    • Work closely with sales reps to ensure stock availability.

    Administration:

    • Complete weekly planners, expense reports, country trip plans.

    • Log call details daily on Repwise (with comments).

    • Submit smart sheets and reports as required.

     Minimum Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (e.g., Biokinetics, Physiotherapy, or similar).

    Experience:

    • Open to entry-level (rookies) or experienced candidates.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office basics)

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Professional image and conduct

    • Time management, organization, and planning

    • Ability to work under pressure and be self-disciplined

    • Analytical skills to interpret data

    Travel:

    • 90% travel required (day and overnight trips)

    • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential
