Purpose of the Position:
To drive high-quality lead generation and brand visibility through strategic, targeted digital campaigns that support a sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with sales teams to create digital strategies that convert into tangible business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
Build and optimize landing pages and digital content for lead generation
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI
Write engaging copy and collaborate on creative content
Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CRM, and automation software
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing with pipeline goals
Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
Identify new digital trends and integrate best practices
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within a services-based or professional services industry
Proven success in lead generation and sales support marketing
Strong knowledge of campaign design, A/B testing, and analytics
Excellent copywriting and content development skills
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and CRM tools
Experience with marketing automation tools
Commercial mindset with focus on ROI and measurable results
