Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Engage in supplier sourcing and negotiations to secure new suppliers and favorable terms.
Analyze sales and logistics data to inform planning and buying decisions.
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting models.
Support continuous improvement in demand planning processes.
Requirements:
Matric certificate (minimum educational requirement)
5+ years’ experience in a logistics and retail environment
Proven expertise in demand forecasting and buying
Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel functions
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams
Ideal Candidate:

Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Able to handle pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
