Job Purpose:
To manage and optimize outbound sales campaigns for B2B clients, combining client relationship management, cold calling expertise, outbound strategy, and performance analysis. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for your clients—owning campaign results from onboarding through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management

Lead onboarding calls, strategy sessions, and ongoing check-ins

Manage multiple client accounts with a strong focus on measurable results
Campaign Strategy & Execution

Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build outreach strategies

Develop messaging and scripting for cold calling and cold emailing

Align internal teams (BDRs, list builders, operations) on campaign execution

Ensure campaign delivery meets quality and performance expectations
Copywriting & Messaging

Write and iterate cold call scripts and email templates

Optimize messaging based on data and feedback from BDRs and clients
Data & List Oversight

Collaborate with the List Building Team to generate accurate lead lists

Use CRM and reporting tools to track and analyze campaign performance
Performance Optimization

Regularly review results with clients and adjust campaign elements

Use insights to refine ICPs, messaging, targeting, and overall strategy
Internal Collaboration

Work cross-functionally to improve tools, templates, and team processes

Contribute to the implementation of AI tools and automation systems
