Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality, engaging online Afrikaans lessons to Grade 11 and 12 students using Teach Me 2’s online classroom platform. This is a great opportunity for qualified educators to earn additional income and make a meaningful educational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Grade 11 and 12 Afrikaans content based on the curriculum

• Deliver 2 online lessons per week (1 hour each)

• Schedule lessons between 18:00 and 20:00, based on availability

• Prepare relevant material and ensure learners’ engagement

• Track learners’ progress and provide support where needed

• Maintain a positive, professional learning environment

Minimum Educational Requirements:

• SACE certification (South African Council for Educators)

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• Teaching/tutoring experience in Afrikaans FAL or HL at Grade 11 or 12 level (formal or informal)

• Experience with online teaching platforms is advantageous

Working Hours & Schedule:

• 2 hours per week

• Evening sessions only (between 18:00–20:00)
