Job Overview:
Stratusconsulting Co is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join their aviation team as Cabin Crew / Flight Attendants. The successful candidates will assist in ensuring passenger comfort and safety while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and teamwork. This role involves supporting skilled aviation and event personnel, maintaining safety protocols, and contributing to a positive onboard experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled workers with assigned in-flight and ground support tasks.

Prepare work areas and ensure all materials and equipment are properly set up.

Support event coordination, including setting up and breaking down equipment for meetings or special activities.

Assist with moving and handling furniture, equipment, and other heavy items safely.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a secure working environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth coordination of duties.

Represent the company professionally and provide courteous service at all times.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 (advantageous but not strictly required).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and able to handle manual and service-oriented tasks.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is advantageous but not essential.
