Business Development & Sales Growth

Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory or industry sector.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry engagement.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Proposal & Tender Management

Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client requirements.

Minimum Requirements
Education

Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience

Experience within facilities services (cleaning, security, catering) is advantageous.
