Cape Union Mart’s Old Khaki division is seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Leader for its Goldfields store in Welkom. The successful candidate will assist in managing all aspects of store operations to drive sales, customer service, and team performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and retail standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Leader in managing overall store operations
Drive and maximize turnover and profitability
Monitor and minimize stock losses and shrinkage
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned to brand strategy
Lead, train, coach, and retain team members
Oversee visual merchandising to optimize in-store sales
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained
Foster a motivated, high-performance team culture
Create a fun and inspiring store environment aligned with the company’s values
