Job Overview
Kethelo Group is seeking a motivated Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the company. This entry-level position is ideal for a candidate who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for document management, office administration, and basic financial support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
File, organise, and maintain physical and digital documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations
Data Management
Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with general record keeping and reporting
Financial Support
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
Maintain budget records and track departmental expenses
Reconcile accounts and assist with financial report preparation
Manage petty cash and office banking transactions
Coordinate with the accounting department on financial matters
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric (Minimum)
Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
