    Job Overview

    We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all processes.

    This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Receiving & Dispatch

    • Receive incoming stock and verify quantities against delivery documents.

    • Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies.

    • Prepare and pack orders accurately for dispatch.

    2. Inventory & Stock Control

    • Record and update inventory accurately.

    • Assist with stock counts and stock rotation.

    • Ensure products are stored correctly and safely.

    3. Warehouse Operations

    • Load, unload, and move goods manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if licensed).

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

    • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

    4. Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets.

    • Communicate effectively regarding stock shortages, damages, or operational issues.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items safely.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

    • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

    Advantageous (Not Always Required)

    • Previous warehouse experience.

    • Forklift license.

    • Knowledge of inventory management systems.

    • Familiarity with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.).
