    The Relationship Executive will manage a portfolio of Growth Business key account clients with medium to high complexity commercial banking needs. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, cross-selling to existing clients, and delivering exceptional service in line with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition. The incumbent will ensure portfolio profitability, manage risk, and contribute to product development for client satisfaction.

    • Maintain primary ownership of a Growth Account client portfolio.

    • Originate new client relationships and drive cross-sell initiatives.

    • Conduct regular client visits and build strong relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required).

    • Experience in client relationship management, preferably within commercial banking.
