The position requires maintaining portfolio profitability, managing risk, and contributing to the development of banking solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:
Maintain primary ownership of a Growth Account client portfolio.
Originate new client relationships and maximise cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct regular client visits and strengthen client relationships.
Contribute to product development to improve client offerings.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and risk management practices.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve work processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required).
Experience in client relationship management, preferably in commercial banking.
