Purpose of the Tender
The tender seeks a qualified Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide reliable, high-speed, uncapped business internet connectivity to various offices and water treatment plants operated by Maluti-a-Phofung Water.

Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be responsible for:
- Providing business-grade internet services.
- Ensuring uncapped connectivity across all specified sites.
- Maintaining service availability for a minimum contract period of 12 months.
- Providing technical support and maintenance services.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable ICT legislation and regulations.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum internet speed:
- 50 Mbps for main offices.
- 10 Mbps for water treatment plants.
- Maximum speeds up to 100 Mbps where required.
- Minimum uptime guarantee of 90%.
- Maximum response time of 1 hour for service interruptions.
- Uncapped internet usage.
- Compliance with:
- POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)
- RICA (Regulation of Interception of Communications Act)
- Reliable business-grade connectivity.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Suppliers should demonstrate:
- Experience in providing enterprise or municipal internet solutions.
- Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
- SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN.
- B-BBEE documentation where applicable.
- Financial and operational capability to support multiple sites.
- Ability to provide ongoing support and rapid fault resolution.
