Technical Requirements
- Bids must be clearly marked, complete, and unamended
- Submission must be on the official bid documentation provided by the municipality

- Submit bids in the designated bid box at the SCM Office, Phumelela Municipality, Vrede, during office hours
- Offers must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date
