     Scope of Work

    • Comprehensive compilation of Vrede Municipality’s Asset Register
    • Preparation of Annual Financial Statements for the 2025/26 financial year
    • Adherence to prescribed accounting standards and municipal reporting requirements
    • Submission of completed deliverables in accordance with municipal deadlines and documentation requirements

    Technical Requirements

    • Submit bids on the original bid documents, valid for 90 days after closing
    • Provide proof of payment for municipal services (not older than 3 months) or a valid lease agreement
    • Achieve a minimum of 80 points in the functionality assessment to qualify
    • Comply with all bid submission guidelines; late, telegraphic, or faxed bids will not be accepted
    • The municipality reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any bid
    • Bidders must not be in the service of the state

     Skills & Experience Required

    • Proven expertise in asset management and financial statement preparation
    • Experience in municipal financial reporting and asset register compilation
