Scope of Work
- Comprehensive compilation of Vrede Municipality’s Asset Register
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements for the 2025/26 financial year
- Adherence to prescribed accounting standards and municipal reporting requirements
- Submission of completed deliverables in accordance with municipal deadlines and documentation requirements
Technical Requirements
- Submit bids on the original bid documents, valid for 90 days after closing
- Provide proof of payment for municipal services (not older than 3 months) or a valid lease agreement
- Achieve a minimum of 80 points in the functionality assessment to qualify
- Comply with all bid submission guidelines; late, telegraphic, or faxed bids will not be accepted
- The municipality reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any bid
- Bidders must not be in the service of the state
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven expertise in asset management and financial statement preparation
- Experience in municipal financial reporting and asset register compilation
