Tender Overview
The NRCS is seeking a suitably qualified property owner, landlord, property management company, or commercial property developer to provide office accommodation for its Bloemfontein Regional Office.
The accommodation will support the NRCS mandate of protecting public health and safety, environmental protection, and promoting fair trade through regulatory compliance activities.
The successful bidder will lease a fully serviced office facility that meets NRCS operational, security, accessibility, and technical requirements for a period of almost ten years.
Scope of Services
The appointed landlord/service provider will be required to:
Office Accommodation
- Provide Grade B office accommodation or higher.
- Offer a minimum floor area of approximately 350 m².
- Ensure the premises are ready for occupation by the NRCS.
Office Layout Requirements
The building should include:
- Reception area
- Manager’s office (approximately 25 m²)
- Open-plan office space for approximately 10 employees
- Boardroom/meeting room
- Filing and records room
- Lockable storage area (approximately 50 m²)
- Dedicated server room
- Kitchen facilities
- Staff ablution facilities
- Disabled-access facilities
Parking Facilities
Provide secure parking for:
- At least 10 vehicles
- Shaded parking bays
- Visitor parking
- Designated disabled parking bays
Technical Requirements
The property must:
