Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pharmaceutical care by evaluating, dispensing, and ensuring correct medication use.
- Consult with patients about medication usage, dosage, and side effects.
- Supervise prescription preparation and ensure quality checks.
- Manage inventory and stock, including ordering and bi-annual stock takes.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain health and safety protocols, manage stock, and follow Dis-Chem’s SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- BPharm or equivalent, with SAPC registration.
- 2-3 years of retail or pharmaceutical experience.
- MS Office proficiency.
Preferred:
- Retail/FMCG experience, SAP, or E-scripting experience.
- Multilingual abilities.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent English and additional language skills.
- Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
- Time management and the ability to work under pressure.
