     Tender Objective

    The main goal is to contract a qualified service provider to offer on-demand printing services, including:

    • Copying

    • Binding

    • Laminating

    • Other related finishing services

    This will help the college meet its internal printing and documentation needs efficiently, as and when required.

     Scope of Work

    • Provide on-site or off-site printing services to the College.

    • Deliver services on an ad-hoc basis (as required by the institution).

    • May include related services (depending on procurement categories), such as:

      • Office stationery

      • Computer equipment

      • Security items

      • Training-related materials

     Technical Requirements

    To be considered, bidders must:

    Submit Required Documents:

    • Completed application/tender form

    • Company registration documents (CIPC)

    • Tax clearance certificate / SARS PIN

    • B-BBEE certificate / sworn affidavit

    • Proof of municipal rates account (not older than 3 months)

    • Bank confirmation letter

    • Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety regulations
