Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Delivery
Plan and deliver interactive, engaging lessons using online tools
Adapt teaching to diverse student needs
Provide clear instruction, explanations, and demonstrations
Utilize digital tools to enhance learning and engagement
- Assessment & Student Progress
Conduct regular quizzes, tests, and assessments
Provide constructive feedback and learning support
Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance
Identify and address learning gaps
- Student Engagement & Communication
Foster an inclusive and supportive virtual classroom
Encourage student participation and curiosity
Maintain open communication with students, parents, and administrators

Minimum Requirements
South African citizen or from a native English-speaking country
Native English speaker with fluent, clear pronunciation
Teaching experience (online or in-person) is an advantage
TEFL certification is preferred (but not required)
Degree or diploma (any field accepted)
Willing to work weekdays and/or weekends
Must be energetic, patient, fun, and child-friendly
Comfortable teaching learners of all ages
