Role Purpose
To drive sales performance by achieving individual sales targets within an assigned area through structured sales processes. The role focuses on acquiring new business, growing the customer base, maximising cross-sell opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to overall team success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve individual sales targets and embedded value hurdle rates.
Increase average balances of Business Unit assets in line with financial performance targets.
Track, control, and influence sales activities to improve personal sales results.
Maximise cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships at the point of sale.
Grow the active customer account base through hunting and lead generation.
Client Engagement & Service
Build and sustain strong customer relationships through effective engagement.
Deliver exceptional service by providing proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
Leverage existing client relationships to grow the portfolio and generate new leads.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Capture and maintain qualified leads in the sales pipeline / CRM system daily.
Provide accurate and reliable sales statistics through daily cash-ups.
Ensure new business applications are processed and closed within agreed timelines.
Check and validate transactions daily to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Market & Development
Analyse competitor activity and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Manage personal development to enhance sales, product, and service competencies.
