     Job Purpose

    The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team and driving sales performance, while ensuring operational efficiency, stock control, and excellent customer service.

    This role focuses on sales growth, staff management, and maintaining store standards.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales and increase store turnover

    • Manage stock levels and control expenses

    • Ensure store targets are achieved or exceeded

    • Use store resources efficiently to improve productivity

    • Maintain full knowledge of stock, policies, and procedures

    • Ensure all company policies and standards are followed

    • Recruit, train, and manage staff performance

     Minimum Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics is an advantage)

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as:

      • Store Manager, or

      • Assistant Store Manager (preferred in a similar retail environment)

    • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
