Job Purpose (Overview)
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire store operation, ensuring sales targets are met, costs are controlled, and customers receive excellent service. This role combines sales leadership, staff management, and operational control.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve turnover targets
Control and manage store expenses
Reduce stock losses and maintain shrinkage within company standards

Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
Minimum 3 years retail experience
At least 1 year in a leadership or management role
