Job Purpose
To optimize sales and exceed customer expectations through effective implementation of the store’s operations strategy and strong management of the store team.
Minimum Requirements

Brand custodian: Represent and protect the Ackermans brand.

Energetic self-starter with strong leadership drive.
-
Minimum 2 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
-
Strong merchandise management skills.
-
Excellent stock and cost control capabilities.
-
Ability to maintain high store standards.
-
Proven ability to influence and lead a team.
-
Strong development orientation to grow self and team members.
-
English communication (written and verbal) is required; a second official language is advantageous.

Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent).
-
Further retail or business qualifications will be an advantage.
