    Job Purpose

    The Admin Supervisor supports store operations by ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processes, maintaining high store standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is responsible for managing till operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and upholding Ackermans’ values through consistent performance and leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Service

    • Provide excellent customer care through friendly and effective communication.

    • Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.

    • Maintain professional and respectful customer interaction at all times.

    Till & Cash Operations

    • Operate the till accurately and efficiently.

    • Maintain a strong track record of minimal overs and unders.

    • Ensure all transactions are processed correctly and in line with company procedures.

    Store Standards

    • Maintain high standards of work on the sales floor.

    • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

    • Monitor and enforce compliance with company merchandising and housekeeping standards.

    Attendance & Reliability

    • Maintain a strong record of attendance and punctuality.

    • Demonstrate reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts and duties.

    Policy & Procedure Compliance

    • Consistently apply Ackermans’ values, policies, and procedures.

    • Ensure adherence to company rules and standards at all times.

    • Support the store management team in enforcing compliance.

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Excellent customer care and communication skills.

    • Accurate and efficient till operating skills.

    • Strong track record of minimal overs and unders.

    • High standards of work on the sales floor.

    • Good attendance and punctuality record.

    • Ability to consistently apply company values and policies.
