Position Overview
Windo Hospitality Co is looking for skilled and detail-oriented Spray Painters and Panel Beaters to join their team in Bloemfontein.
The role involves preparing, painting, and finishing vehicle bodywork, as well as ensuring a high-quality finish and strict compliance with safety standards.
Key Performance Areas
Prepare paint spraying equipment and work areas.
Prepare vehicle bodywork for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
Apply multiple coats of primer, paint, and protective finishes to vehicles.
Maintain and clean all painting tools and equipment.
Store paints safely and in proper environmental conditions.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free workspace at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Spray Painter or Panel Beater – advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Knowledge of paint preparation, application, and finishing techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
Commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality.
