    Purpose of the Role

    To ensure effective management of security operations at assigned client sites — including deployment of security officers, compliance with client requirements, discipline enforcement, and maintaining strong client relations.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric certificate.

    • PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.

    • 5+ years’ experience in the security industry (or 2–3 years as a supervisor).

    • People management experience.

    • Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and valid PDP.

    • Military or police background (advantageous).

    • Fully computer literate (Microsoft programs).

    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).

    • Strong discipline and ability to enforce site rules.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely posting of security officers and compliance with contractual requirements.

    • Maintain professional client relations regarding all security services rendered.

    • Evaluate service quality and recommend improvements.

    • Oversee the management and supervision of all on-site security personnel.

    • Handle HR-related queries promptly and professionally.

    • Investigate incidents and submit weekly/monthly reports to management.

    • Ensure operational standards, discipline, and SOP adherence at all times.
