Purpose of the Role
To ensure effective management of security operations at assigned client sites — including deployment of security officers, compliance with client requirements, discipline enforcement, and maintaining strong client relations.
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate.
PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
5+ years’ experience in the security industry (or 2–3 years as a supervisor).
People management experience.
Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and valid PDP.
Military or police background (advantageous).
Fully computer literate (Microsoft programs).
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
Strong discipline and ability to enforce site rules.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely posting of security officers and compliance with contractual requirements.
Maintain professional client relations regarding all security services rendered.
Evaluate service quality and recommend improvements.
Oversee the management and supervision of all on-site security personnel.
Handle HR-related queries promptly and professionally.
Investigate incidents and submit weekly/monthly reports to management.
Ensure operational standards, discipline, and SOP adherence at all times.
