Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming, personalised, and inspirational experience to all customers

Drive sales and contribute to achieving store turnover and sales targets

Motivate and support team members to maximise sales performance

Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive store layout
-
Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times
-
Manage stock levels and assist in reducing stock losses and shrinkage
-
Ensure all products are accurately priced with correct stickers and signage

Assist with stock takes and cycle counts, investigate variances, and report issues to the Area Manager

Follow all point-of-sale and banking procedures accurately

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Support the effective execution of daily store operations

Confidently demonstrate and promote beauty and skincare products

Create a positive and energetic store environment that encourages repeat business
Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
-
Passion for cosmetics, beauty, retail, and customer service
-
Knowledge of beauty and skincare products (advantageous)

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Hands-on attitude with a strong work ethic

Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends

Basic computer skills (email and Excel)

Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure

Physically able to stand for long periods
-
Ability to engage customers and promote products confidently
